1. The most obvious reason is the "price".  At Central Euro Rent A Car the prices are far less than at other car rental companies.  Look around and compare our prices to other rental company's prices.  Never just get off the airplane and try to rent a car at one of the car rental companies that offer cars right at the airport!

2. At Central Euro Rent A Car you have the option to phone our agent in north America and book your rental ahead.  This way you don't have to pay for expensive long distance charges.  The agent makes up your invoice and you have to pay based on the invoice you received at booking.  If your invoice is in Canadian dollars then you pay for the car in Canadian dollars, if the invoice is in US dollars then you pay in US dollars.  You have to pay for your car at pick up at the airport in Budapest or in Vienna.

1. With the car you rent at Central Euro Rent A Car you can drive to the following Eastern European countries.

Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Cars are allowed to all of the EU countries!

If you don't find your country of destination in this list, ask your agent at booking!

Many other companies don't let  you go further than Hungary.

Central Euro Rent A Car requires you to pay ($150.-US/$200.-CAD) (Intermediate/Automatic/Air condition $200.-USD/$300.-CAD) (Premium vehicles $320.-US/$500.-CAD) deposit at booking.  This deposit will be returned to you at drop off.  The deposit is returned to the client in the same currency as it was paid at booking.  The amount paid for deposit represents the deductible price of the insurance on the vehicle.  If the renter causes a damage to the car by his/her own fault, he's responsible to pay the deductible part.

Important!  If you had an accident, phone your agent in Europe immediately.  Don't just listen to a stranger what to do.  The agent will help you with the necessary steps you have to take.

You can loose your deposit in two ways:
1. If the rental car is stolen you don't get your deposit back until the criminal investigation is in force.
2. If you make a damage on the car at your fault you loose your deposit.  If you have a damage on the car at drop off, you have to show  the agent the necessary paperwork whose fault the damage was.

Despite we rent brand new cars, some of the vehicles at our company are used.  This is one of the reasons that we can afford to have lower than usual prices.  On the other hand, the cars at our company are very well maintained and our employees priority is to provide you with the best service we possibly can and make your trip comfortable.  Many of the cars are made in year 2003, but the average age is 3 years.
